The first piece of DLC for ZeniMax Online Studios' MMORPG, The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, is now available for PC and Mac players. Imperial City is included free of charge for those with an active ESO Plus membership, or can be bought for 2,500 crowns from The Elders Scrolls Online's Crown Store. The DLC will also be released for Xbox One on September 15, 2015, and PlayStation 4 on Septebmer 16, 2015.

The DLC pack sees Molag Bal, a Daedric Prince associated with schemes, and the forces of Coldharbour taking control of Cyrodiil's Imperial City. It includes six distinct districts in the city containing both PvE and PvP content, including new dungeons in the Imperial Sewers, White-Gold Tower, and Imperial Prison. Imperial City also adds a new form of currency, Tel Var Stones, which can be used for new Veteran Rank 16 equipment, with other rare items able to be found in new Treasure Vaults.
