3D Realms and Interceptor Entertainment, creators of the upcoming action RPG Bombshell, have released a new trailer for the game ahead of its appearance at this year's PAX Prime. The video shows player character Shelley "Bombshell" Harrison taking on the Zeroth Guardian, which takes the form of two ice giants, in a multi-phase battle. Attendees at PAX will be able to check out a demo of the game, which features a twin-stick shooter style control scheme.

Bombshell stars Shelley Harrison, a former bomb technician in the Global Defense Force. After an incident surrounding an alien explosive that detonated, removing Shelley's right arm in the process, she joined a private military contractor and adopted the moniker Bombshell. The game sees Shelley investigating the aforementioned Washington Incident, using a new bionic arm made up of the remains of the alien device. Bombshell is due to be released for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One later this year.
