Warner Bros. has announced that the classic co-op dungeon brawler will be making its way to PlayStation 4 as Gauntlet: Slayer Edition. The game is set to release digitally on August 11, 2015 for $19.99.

Gauntlet is a cooperative game for up to four players both local and online. Players choose from the Warrior, Wizard, Valkyrie, or Elf and hack and slash their way legions of monsters for loot and experience. The Slayer Edition promises to add a new realm to the game, as well as new weapons, abilities, and monsters. New modes of play will also be available, with Warner Bros. planning to detail those later this month. Those who pre-order the game will receive Mordok's Screaming Hammer and Reaper's Visage Helm for the Warrior upon release.
