Sony Japan held a press conference today, which featured a number of games of interest to RPGamers. The conference started off by showing footage of tri-Ace's Phantasy Star Nova, which is due out in November on PlayStation Vita in Japan. It was also revealed that there would be a new title in the Luminous Arc series heading to the PlayStation Vita, which is titled Luminous Arc Infinity.
Disgaea 5 has been confirmed as heading for PlayStation 4 in 2015, while the Japanese release date for Bloodborne was announced as February 5, 2015. Compile Heart's Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force will also be released on PlayStation 4 during 2015.
An upgraded release of God Eater 2, God Eater 2: Rage Burst, was announced for PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4. It will be joined by a new Ys title, also heading to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, which looks to keep the same party-based combat as seen in Ys Seven and Ys: Memories of Celceta.
It was also announced that Persona 5 will be heading to PlayStation 4 in addition to PlayStation 3. The announcement video, viewable below, introduced a new dark-haired male character wearing glasses wandering around an urban location.
The presentation ended with the announcement of Dragon Quest Heroes, a collaboration title between Square Enix and Koei Tecmo. The game appears to be similar to previous Musou/Warriors crossovers, and will be released on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in Japan next year.
