Final Fantasy XIII-2 has been officially dated outside Japan. It will be released for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on January 31, 2012 in North America and on February 5 in Europe.

The Tokyo Game Show trailer provides a first look at Hope and Snow and they will appear at different points in history. The Japanese version of the game's theme song is playing as well.
