We don't generally cover the Professor Layton puzzle game series here at RPGamer, but there's a little surprise found in the upcoming Professor Layton and the Last Specter. As part of the game, players will be able to access a 16-bit RPG entitled Professor Layton's London Life. Apparently clocking in at 100 hours, the bonus RPG has been developed by Brownie Brown, who also developed Magical Starsign and contributed to Mother 3.

Professor Layton and the Last Specter will be out in North America on October 17. Unfortunately, it appears that London Life will not be included in the European version of the game.
