Greetings Tales fans. The contest is over and here are the answers to the Trial of Tales trivia.

• 1) North America's Tales of Destiny II is what Tales game in Japan?
  
  Tales of Eternia could not be used in North America due to trademark infringement on the name Eternia. Eternia was owned by Mattel for the Masters of the Universe toyline.
  
  
• 2) Tales of Symphonia is set in the same universe as what other Tales game?
  
  Tales of Phantasia was the answer we were looking for, but due to the nature of the way the question was asked, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World was also accepted.
  
  
• 3) Out of Asch the Bloody, Legretta the Quick, Largo the Black Lion, Glorfindel the Executioner, and Sync the Tempest, which is NOT one of the six God-Generals from Tales of the Abyss?
  
  Glorfindel the Executioner is not even a character from a Tales game. Glorfindel is from Middle Earth and until we have a Tales of Hobbits, he is the incorrect answer.
  
  
• 4) Which two DS Tales games have been released in Japan, but have yet to be released in North America?
  
  Many people read this question too quickly and listed Tales of Hearts. If you read the question correctly, you would have noted that it stated that the list was from games that has been released in Japan already. The correct options were Tales of Innocence and Tales of the Tempest.
  
  
• 5) Who is the vocalist for the Tales of Vesperia main theme?
  
  The vocalist is Kaori Asada also known as Bonnie Pink. She sings "Ring a Bell" in Tales of Vesperia.
  
  
• 6) Who is the oppressive ruler of the town of Ailily who will not even let his citizens leave the town?
  
  This question of Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology was not enough to stop the hardcore Tales fans. The answer was Ganser.
  
  
• 7) Which North American voice actor has voiced not only two different Tales characters, but a prince, a terrorist, a lion, and a mythical Greek hero?
  
  This proved to be the toughest question in the trial. This actor voiced Prince Crescendo in Eternal Sonata, Liquid Snake in Metal Gear Solid 1 & 2, Simba in Kingdom Hearts 2, and Hercules in God of War 2. Who is this Tales voice actor? Why it is the voice of Will Raynard and Kratos Aurion, Cameron (Cam) A. Clarke (aka. James/Jimmy Flinders).
