Konami has announced that they will display three RPGs at next month's Tokyo Game Show, including Suikoden Tactics, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, and Boktai 3. Suikoden Tactics is in development for PlayStation 2, while Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow is expected for DS and Boktai 3 for Game Boy Advance.

Strategy RPG Suikoden Tactics follows the story of a young man named Kyril and his friends on their quest to eliminate the Rune Cannons and secure world peace. The game is based in the same time and world as Suikoden IV.

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow is a direct sequel to the Game Boy Advance's Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, which takes place a year before it. Celia Fortner, the founder of a cult that believes in its own perfect god, seeks the death of returning protagonist Soma Cruz for not becoming the reincarnation of Dracula. Soma takes a preemptive strike by heading to the cult's headquarters first.

Boktai 3 continues series tradition by making use of the sun sensor, a Game Boy Advance accessory that affects gameplay by reflecting sunlight. The game is expected to utilize it in ways different from previous series entrants.

Suikoden Tactics is expected in Japan on September 22nd, in North America this November, and in Europe during the first quarter of next year. Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow is slated for an August 25th Japanese release, fourth quarter 2005 North American release, and September European release. Boktai 3 is scheduled to reach Japanese retailers this Summer.
