Koei has announced plans to release Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana in Europe during Q1 2006. The title was developed and published in Japan by Gust on June 24, 2004 and was localized in North America by NIS of America on June 28, 2005.

Commenting on the release of Atelier Iris, David Hope, General Manager of Koei Ltd. said, "We are now building on the interest in the PlayStation 2 RPG gaming genre we have created over the past two years, and the release of Atelier Iris is another significant move in this area. We are very happy to be bringing Atelier Iris to European shores – the interest in the title has been intense and we are very pleased that we can confirm our plans and meet customer demand for this title."

This announcement comes hot on the heels of the July 28 release of Makai Kingdom in North America and the ensuing European announcement by Koei for an October release.
