It has been revealed that Nippon Ichi Software is working on a new RPG for the PlayStation2. As of now, details are fairly light on the project; however, a title of Phantom Bride has been announced and early news seems to indicate that it will be another strategic RPG.

For those with whom Nippon Ichi doesn't ring a bell, they are the creators of the off-beat strat RPG Disgaea, which was recently released in North America. In addition, they also created the equally quirky, but less financially successful Rhapsody, which came out back in 2000.

So far, no release dates have been targeted for the game, and it is currently only in development as a Japanese offering. We'll keep you updated as more news develops on this potentially interesting title.
