After delaying King's Field IV earlier this year for re-tuning, it appears From Software still needs a little more time to get things right. The company has pushed the PlayStation2 title back even further, delaying the game from September 6th to a date sometime in October. The series is noted for good quality, however, so the delays should allow From to ensure the title lives up to its predecessors.

King's Field IV follows in the tradition of a series that merges elements of first-person shooters and RPGs to create a unique game. The previous two titles in the series made it to North America, although there has been no announcement of a planned localization as of yet.
