Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within opens in theatres next Wednesday, and soon after it opens, moviegoers and gamers alike will have the opportunity to own action figures representing the movie's characters. The figures will include heroine Aki Ross, the courageous Grey Edwards, General Hein, and the brilliant Dr. Sid. Each toy comes packaged with a hinged front flap and viewing panels, and will have 27 points of articulation, making them capable of mimicking the human body in virtually any pose. In addition, each character will come with its own unique equipment, and a hand-sewn outfit. Below is a picture of each of the dolls:

In addition to the four main characters, there will also be two exclusive dolls sold at select locations to round out the team. Jane Proudfoot dolls will only be found at Toys-R-Us, and the relentless Ryan Whittaker will be sold only through the ToyFare magazine, although the second doll will also be available through the magazine's website, WizardWorld.com, for an estimated retail price of $29.99 US. The other dolls will each sell for $19.99 at Toys-R-Us, and $24.99 elsewhere.
