RPGamer has just been informed by its good friends at Enix that the date for the release of the highly praised Valkyrie Profile has been set. Enix will release the game to North America on August 29th, marking the end of what could easily be called the best Summer for RPGamers ever.

Valkyrie Profile is a unique RPG where you play a valkyrie, of course, that collects the souls of dead soldiers and prepares them through battle to fight the gods of Valhalla. Expect a full preview shortly and a review of the game soon after its release.
