Compile Heart has announced that its latest Hyperdimension Neptunia spin-off, Brave Neptunia, will be released in Japan on September 27, 2018. The game, which is being created by Quebec-based developer Artisan Studios, will be available for PlayStation 4 and has the subtitle Sekai Yo Uchuu Yo Katsumoku Seyo!! Ultimate RPG Sengen!! (translated as World! Universe! Pay Attention!! Ultimate RPG Declaration!!).

Brave Neptunia is a 2D action RPG, with characters assigned to one of the face buttons so that when a button is pressed the character assigned to that button attacks. The game will feature a new character named Chrome, with the four regular series goddesses — Neptune, Noire, Blanc, and Vert — all having lost their memories. No announcement has been made regarding a western release.
