Nintendo has several of its Treehouses presentations available that cover some of the RPGs the company will be releasing in the next year. The games covered are Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Fire Emblem Warriors, Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions. Each presentation lasts between twenty and forty-five minutes and gives an in-depth look at the gameplay.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 begins a new story with new characters and is set to arrive on the Nintendo Switch during the holiday season of 2017. Fire Emblem Warriors pits Fire Emblem characters in an action RPG in the vein of Dynasty Warriors and will arrive for the Switch and New Nintendo 3DS in the fall of 2017. Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is a tactical RPG where Mario and company must fend off the Mushroom Kingdom from invading Rabbids and will release on the Switch on August 29, 2017. Finally, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions remakes the original Mario and Luigi title for the 3DS, including a new scenario where players will take control of Bowser's Minions to search for their lost leader. That title will be available on October 6, 2017.
