Paradox Interactive and Obsidian Entertainment have announced the first expansion and a new event pack for Tyranny. The expansion is titled Bastard's Wound and opens a new area of Tiers where refugees have established a secret haven. Planned for release later hits year, it features a new major questline as well as adding new quests for three of the game's companions.

The new event pack, meanwhile, is available now and costs $6.99/£4.49/€6.99. Tales of the Tears adds new travel events and over forty vignettes to help expand the game's story.
