Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is now available on iOS and Android. Brave Exvius is an original title that follows Rain, Lasswell, and Fina as they begin an adventure to find a cyrstal of considerable value. The game is styled after classic Final Fantasy titles, featuring 2D pixel graphics and strictly turn-based battles.

Designed from the ground up for modern mobile devices and tablets, Brave Exvius is a free-to-play title with optional, real money transactions. The entire main story mode is free, although limited by a stamina meter. Combat allows players to use famous characters from Final Fantasy's history, with the party comprised of five playable characters plus one guest character. Each unit has their own special abilities that can be selected by swiping the unit in a specific direction. Once selected, tapping the character will perform the move. Tapping it and other units in succession creates chains, which is a vital aspect of the game's combat.

The version out now has some noted improvements over the original Japanese release, including new items, rebalanced combat, and daily quests, some of which will be able to help refill the stamina bar. Square Enix plans to support the game with future content updates that add additional characters and events from past games.
