Bandai Namco has released a trailer for the upcoming Tales of Berseria. The subtitled trailer focuses on the game's story, especially on Velvet and her quest to exact vengeance on the world's savior. It also briefly introduces other characters in the game and makes note of Berseria's theme of emotion versus reason. The publisher has also released some of the first English screenshots, many of which focus on the game's combat system. The trailer can be watched here.

Tales of Berseria will launch in Japan on August 18, 2016 for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. It will be released in North America and Europe sometime next year for the PS4 and PC.
