Last month, Level-5 revealed its third mainline Yo-kai Watch game will be released in Japan on July 16, 2016. Yo-kai Watch 3 will be available exclusively for Nintendo 3DS and will come in Sushi and Tempura versions. In addition to the release date announcement, Level-5 also released a new trailer for the game, which can be found below.

Yo-kai Watch 3 takes place in both the United States and Japan. The former section of the game stars regular protagonist Keita, while the latter focuses on female protagonist Inaho Misora. Neither Yo-kai Watch 3 or its predecessor have been announced for localisation, but the first game was released in North America in November 2015 and in Europe in April 2016.
