Square Enix revealed that is planning an international release from its Romancing SaGa 2 remake, recently released in Japan for PlayStation Vita, iOS, and Android. The international release is currently slated for just iOS and Android, with Square Enix promising to reveal more details later this month.

Romancing SaGa 2 was originally released for the Super Famicom in Japan in 1993 and is the fifth title in the SaGa series. The remake aims to keep the same art style as the original release, with updated background and combat graphics. It also adds in updates controls schemes and retains the content added to its 2011 mobile version.
