Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold: The Fafnir Knight has a short new trailer to highlight the game's Classic mode. As opposed to the narrative-driven Untold mode, Classic is the straighter remake of Etrian Odyssey II. Players will take control of a guild, build parties from thirteen classes, and go dungeon delving.

Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold: The Fafnir Knight will come with both the Classic and Untold modes along with updated graphics and mechanics. The game is set to release Summer 2015 in North America while Europe will recieve the game sometime in early 2016, exclusively on 3DS.
