It has been nearly a year since Diablo III was released, and it is drawing closer to being available on consoles. Blizzard has announced that retailers are now taking preorders for the PlayStation 3 version of the game. People who preorder the game will get access to a piece of in-game equipment called the Infernal Helm, and is supporting retailers with many retailer-specific preorder bonuses. The listed price for the game is $59.99.

Despite the availability of preorders, the console version of Diablo III does not have a release date any more specific than "later this year." Also, even though Blizzard announced that it will be released on the PlayStation 4, nothing more has been revealed about that release.
