Last week, Banpresto released the first trailer for The Second Super Robot Taisen OG, the latest game in their long running tactical RPG series, and the first entry in the series for the PlayStation 3. The first half of the trailer only shows fragments of the game's CG movies, but the second half gives a look at the impressive 2D animation used in the game's battle sequences.

It is too early to know if The Second Super Robot Taisen OG will be coming to North America or not. It would be impossible for most entries in the Super Robot Taisen series to come over because of licensing issues, but previous games in the OG sub-series have been released here, so fans still have reason to hope.
