A Sony PR agent recently made an informal statement that the three White Knight Chronicles games, including the original, its sequel White Knight Chronicles II, and its prequel White Knight Chronicles Origins, have shipped a combined total of over a million units worldwide. This doesn't seem to be an official statement by Sony, but it nonetheless indicates that the series has found some success. The series' sales numbers will almost certainly continue to rise with the upcoming Western releases of White Knight Chronicles II and Origins.

White Knight Chronicles II is being released in North America by D3Publisher, and both White Knight Chronicles II and White Knight Chronicles: Origins are being released in Europe by Sony. None of these have a release date yet, but all are slated for release sometime this year.
