Chaos Rings, Square Enix's new RPG for iPhone and iPod Touch, is out today. It is priced at $12.99 on Apple's app store. The game is also compatible with the iPad, though it is not available in HD. To celebrate the Chaos Rings launch, Square Enix is also having a sale on many of its other iPhone/iPad Touch titles in the app store.

Chaos Rings stars four pairs of characters who are fighting in the mysterious Arka Arena, a battle tournament to the death in which the victors win eternal life and youth. Each pair of characters will star in their own section of the game, and playing through all the characters' stories will help players learn the full story of the tournament.
