New Characters Confirmed in FFVII: Advent Children

In the recent issue of Jump magazine, more character appearances were confirmed in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Red XIII, Cid, Reno, and Rude are all shown in the scans but to what extent they play in the movie is yet to be known. Also unveiled in the movie is Marlene who has remained under the care of Tifa since we last saw her.

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children is scheduled for release in Japan for DVD and Sony's UMD format (PSP) this fall. A North American release date has not been announced.
