True Fantasy Live Online Delayed Infinitely

In spite of garnering much enthusiasm in Japan, True Fantasy Live Online has been cancelled by Level 5. The Xbox title would have been the first cel-shaded MMORPG, and its cancellation cuts down the console's short RPG list.

Level 5's official reason for canceling the project is that it could not give players the experience it envisioned through Microsoft's Xbox Live service in Japan. It is unclear whether the inadequacy can be attributed to Level 5, Microsoft, or both.
