Phantasy Star Trilogy Tidbits
05.28.2004

PHILLIP CLAYTON
STAFF REPORTER

Sega

Sometime last year Conspiracy Entertainment acquired the rights to a number of the Sega Ages remakes. The status of those games have been up in the air for quite some time, however, and were expected to be declined by the Sony Approval Board if they attempted to release the games individually. These games were believed to be packaged into a compilation of some sort should they ever reach US soil. And reach US soil they shall.

Although its missing Generations of Doom, Phantasy Star Trilogy will contain the remade versions of Phantasy Star: Generation 1, Phantasy Star II, and Phantasy Star IV: End of the Millennium. The remakes will feature Improved graphics, an enhanced soundtrack, and additional features nowhere to be found in the original versions of the games. Phantasy Star Trilogy is slated to be on store shelves in the first quarter of 2005.
