Gotta Catch 'em All in Korea
Pokémon

Nintendo recently announced its intentions to bring the Pokémon series to South Korea. Pokémon Gold and Silver are the first titles in the series that will be made available in that region.

Pokémon is one of Nintendo's staple series that brings players into a world of fierce competition. Everyone seeks to become a Pokémon master by capturing hundreds of different types of monsters that will eventually lead them to championship over all other trainers.

Nintendo hopes that in bringing Pokémon to South Korea, it will be able to further combat piracy in that region. The company plans to sell at least 100,000 to 200,000 copies of the game when it's released later this month for 35,000 won ($26.40 USD).
