As expected, Genki's monster-catching, elemental-themed RPG Jade Cocoon 2 will be making its way to North America. The announcement came earlier this week as Ubi-Soft confirmed that they will be bringing the title over. This is a change in publisher, as Crave brought over the first title; nevertheless, it is welcome news for fans of the first game, who will now get a chance to see the series make a move to full 3D on the PlayStation2.

Jade Cocoon 2 has been slated for a tentative release date this fall. The game will be arriving in Japan this summer.
