The character, Seymour, is a 28-year old male, and is a half-human, half-plant hybrid, a mix which results in some rather interesting hair. Little about his background has been revealed at this point, but he will play a critical role in the game. Square has bounced around Final Fantasy X's release date in the past, but it appears to be set now on July 19th in Japan. The game retails at 8800 yen, which translates to about $73.00 US. The North American release should find its way overseas sometime in early 2002.
