Eternal Arcadia Receives a Name Change

A wise man once said, "The more things change, the more they stay the same." Such is the case with the Phantasy Star Team's upcoming Dreamcast RPG. Originally known under the moniker Project Ares, the anticipated title has been called Eternal Arcadia since last August. Today, however, brings news of the latest title for the game: Skies of Arcadia.

Skies of Arcadia's new name is much more fitting to the game's environments and style of play. The world of Arcadia is made up of numerous floating islands, with flying ships as the necessary means for transportation. The game features lush 3-D environments, 80 player-customizable ships, two different battle modes, and much more. Skies of Arcadia is currently set for a North American release on November 1, 2000. Count on RPGamer to bring you all the new details on this exciting RPG as the release date approaches.
