As you can tell, this sets up Zelda to be the perfect Christmas gift. With both Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest naming dates for their next games in 1999, Zelda looks to enter the market almost uncontested.

One thing that Nintendo has made official is the name of the game, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Quite a few screen shots have been released, but no logo yet. We will keep you posted on all events, including its first showing at E3 near the end of the month.
