Originally released in 1999, Planescape: Torment has the player take control of The Nameless One, an undying man trapped in the world of Sigil, a nexus of different planes. Waking with no memory, The Nameless One sets off on a journey to discover who he is and why exactly he is unable to die. As with its previous works, Beamdog will be adding numerous improvements to the base game, including 4k resolutions, remastered music, quick looting, and an updated user interface. Additionally, Chris Avellone, the Lead Designer of the original, has reprised his role for the Enhanced Edition, overseeing editing on the fixes and writing new material where necessary to fill in the gaps. The game will also feature the ability to turn off any of the Enhanced Edition features at will. More information regarding the title can be read on Beamdog's website.
