Atlus announced that it will be releasing Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology for Nintendo 3DS in Japan on June 29, 2017. The game is a remake of Nintendo DS title Radiant Historia, which was released in Japan in 2010 and in North America in 2011. A limited edition has also been revealed for its Japanese release, which includes a collector's box, two soundrack CDs, a 100-page artbook, and a five-item DLC pack.

Radiant Historia is a turn-based RPG where players control Stocke, a soldier who gains the power to redo past events. The Perfect Chronology remake adds a new scenario to the game in the form of a distinct third timeline. A new character called Nemesia will also appear, who is connected to that third timeline.
