BioWare today released the third part in its gameplay video series for Mass Effect: Andromeda. Following from the previous videos, which focused on combat and skills, the third video looks at exploration and discovery.
Mass Effect: Andromeda is set in the Heleus cluster of the eponymous galaxy. Like other games in the series, there are lots of star systems, planets, and other astronomical objects of interest that can be travelled to using the galaxy map. The video itself highlights some of things players can do and have to contend with on the planet Elaaden, as well as some of the cluster-wide investigations they will conduct.
Mass Effect: Andromeda marks a fresh start for the Mass Effect series, taking place in the neighbouring Andromeda galaxy as opposed to the original trilogy, which took place entirely within the Milky Way. Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in North America on March 21, 2017 and in Europe on March 24, 2017.
