Gamera Interactive has announced fantasy action RPG Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms. Set in an original world, the developer listed a wide variety of inspirations for the game including pen-and-paper RPGs, classic CRPGs such as Ultima and Baldur's Gate, and modern titles such as the Souls series.

Alaloth is set in a darkness-corrupted world where players will face an ancient evil as well as coming into contact with various feuding clans and noble families. The game features four playable races — humans, elves, dwarves, and orcs — with players able to recruit from twelve available companions, each with their own backstory. An isometric view is used for exploration and combat, and will allow local multiplayer for up to four players.

Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms is being developed for PC and consoles and is planned for release in 2018. More information can be found on the game's official website.
