At the launch of its Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary celebrations, Square Enix announced the release date for Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age. The game will arrive on July 11, 2017, in both North America and Europe, two days ahead of Japan.

The Zodiac Age is an HD Remaster of Final Fantasy XII: International Zodiac Job System, originally only released in Japan. Beyond the visual upgrades and game rebalancing, the remake will also include a Turbo mode that increases gameplay speed and a Trial mode that offers endgame challenges for experienced players. The game will be available exclusively on PlayStation 4.
