Developer Gust has announced that it will once again delay the Japanese release of Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon, turning its planned February 2017 release into sometime in 2017. The company plans to use this time to increase the general quality of the technical aspects of the game, stating that game balance and story elements have been completed.

This is the second delay for Nights of Azure 2, which was initially set for a December 2016 release. The sequel introduces a new complement of characters, though some from the previous game will make appearances. The game will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. A localized version of the game has been announced but no date has yet been given.
