Valkyria Chronicles Remastered, the PlayStation 4 port of the 2008 PlayStation 3 release, is out now in Japan and publisher Sega released a new trailer going over the game's combat. The video, viewable below, is entirely in Japanese but shows the way the BLiTZ system handles turns, various characters classes, and the rock-paper-scissor style effectiveness between infantry, lancers, and vehicles.
Valkyria Chronicles Remastered is scheduled for release in North America and Europe on PlayStation 4 in spring 2016. The game will available through physical and digital channels, with pre-orders and a limited number of first-run copies coming in a collectible Squad 7 Armored Case. The PlayStation 4 release includes Japanese and English audio, all the DLC from the original release, and trophy support.
