The Elder Scrools Online

ZeniMax Online Studios' MMORPG, The Elder Scrolls Online, has undergone some changes with the launch of its Tamriel Unlimited update for PC and Mac users. With the patch, the game's subscription system has been removed, with players only needing to buy a copy of the game to be able to login indefinitely. Those that currently have active subscriptions to the game have been granted ESO Plus membership, which grants DLC access, experience and money boosts, and an allotment of crowns, the game's virtual currency that can be spent on vanity and convenience items.

The developer commemorated the launch of Tamriel Unlimited by releasing a new video, viewable below, showcasing some of the content that has been added to the game in its six major updates since launch. The Elder Scrolls Online is currently available for PC and Mac, with a console release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One currently set for June 9, 2015.
