Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines

Last year, Sony promised a trio of RPGs to hit the Vita in the West. This year, the last of those games has a release date. Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines will release on March 3, 2015 in North America and March 4, 2015 in Europe. The game will be available as a digital-only title for $19.99/€19.99.

Oreshika is the belated sequel to Ore no Shikabane wo Koete Yuke, a Japan-only PlayStation title released in 1999. Throughout the game, players will take control of generations of a single family, one whose bloodline is cursed so that each member may only live for two years. By exploring dungeons and defeating monsters, players earn points which act as favor towards numerous gods. Accumulating enough points will allow the players to marry the gods and create children, who inherit traits from both parents and become the next player-character. As the game progresses, the family's power and influence will grow.

Eight character classes and over one hundred different gods are available in the game. Players who purchase the game during the first two weeks will receive two bonus gods.
