Square Enix is launching a Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection Special Edition just for Europe, set to be released April 22. The game is in limited release, so to get your hands on a copy, you will have to pre-order the game or be there when the game is launched in stores.

The Special Edition package will come in a special package with a bunch of art cards, the game, and artwork featured from Final Fantasy IV and The After Years sequel. Also included will be downloadable content for Dissidia Duodecim: Final Fantasy and a specially designed cleaning cloth featuring Cecil.
