XSEED Games has announced on its Facebook page that Ys I & II Chronicles will be receiving a special pre-order bonus for one week only. If RPGamers pre-order the game at Gamestop this week (from January 7 to 14), they will receive a special item of their choice. The options include: an Ys Seven soundtrack, Ys Artbook, or Ys: The Oath in Felghana soundtrack. This is on top of the limited edition boxset which includes the Ys I & II Chronicles soundtrack and large foil box.

In order to receive your additional item, e-mail a copy of your receipt to support@xseedgames.com, along with your mailing address, and which extra item you'd like to receive. For those planning to pre-order the Ys I & II Chronicles, Hair Metal Pack will retail at $29.99. Ys I & II Chronicles is set to release sometime next month.
