Konami announced that it's puzzle-RPG Puzzle Chronicles was released in stores as of yesterday. The game was released for both the Nintendo DS and Sony PSP for the retail price of $29.99.

This puzzle-RPG will have players set off on a quest for revenge in a land called the Ashurin Empire. Players will travel far and wide through various environments, battling ferocious opponents along the way in a tug-of-war style of puzzle combat. The game is said to have plenty of replay value, an in-depth skill tree, and the chance to not only level up their character's sklls, but the skills of their Warbeast.

While the game has only been released on the Nintendo DS and PSP, Konami has stated that they will be releasing the game on the Xbox Live Arcade, the PlayStation Network and Windows PC.
