While Operation Anchorage, Bethesda's first downloadable expansion pack for Fallout 3's Xbox 360 and PC versions, was released right on target in January, it appears the second and third packs will be slightly delayed. When first announced, The Pitt was expected in February and Broken Steel was expected in March.
Bethesda's Pete Hines has comfirmed that The Pitt, which will take players to a raider town in the ruins of Pittsburgh, is now expected in March. Broken Steel, perhaps the most anticipated of the three DLC packs due to the fact that it will continue Fallout 3's main storyline, is now expected in April. Broken Steel has been said to tie up any loose ends that may or may not prevent players from continuing on from the end of Fallout 3.
