Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure has shipped to all retailers. Though the official release date is February 13, EB Games and Gamestop began selling the game a week early. Gurumin is rated "E10" by the ESRB, meaning it is suitable for all players aged ten and above.

As previously announced, the English version of Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure contains the Japanese voice track, but it is a hidden easter egg. To access it, load a Clear Game Save. Then, start a new game, and while on the difficulty select screen, hold down the L and R buttons and enter: Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Down. A sound will play if the code is entered correctly.
