The Roots Breaks Out on N-Gage

Cenega and Tannhauser Gate have unveiled their Nokia N-Gage title The Roots: Gates of Chaos, a prequel to The Roots for Xbox and PC. The game promises to deliver fast, real-time tactical battles that will unite up to four players in fantasy action. Available playable classes include Sorcerer, Paladin, and Thief, and there will be over 20 outdoor areas and 30 dungeons to explore.

The story is set a thousand years before the events in the previous The Roots game. A subtle enigmatic force called Chaos threatens the world of Lorath, and strong fighters must rise up and challenge it before it consumes everything.

The Roots: Gates of Chaos will arrive in North American stores sometime in May of this year. Be sure to look over the official website and RPGamer's media coverage of this game.
