Dear Friends

Through an announcement on their website, the organizers of the Game Developers Conference have announced that Nobuo Uematsu and crew will be holding the second concert in the "Dear Friends - Music from Final Fantasy" concert series at Nob Hill's Masonic Auditorium in San Francisco on Monday, March 7. Grammy Award winning conductor Arnie Roth, who is conducting the Dear Friends concert in Rosemont, Illinois on February 19, will also appear in San Francisco to conduct the Bay Area's Symphony Silicon Valley. As is the same with the impending Chicago Dear Friends concert, Nobuo Uematsu will be on hand for the event, and those who purchase VIP tickets will be able to attend a meet and greet with the famous video game composer following the concert.

The organizers of the Game Developers Conference are offering a special ticketing offer to their community through their website. By following the instructions on their website, prospective Dear Friends attendees will be able to secure presale tickets to the event between January 18 and January 20. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on January 21. For more information on presale tickets, visit GDC's website.

This newly announced concert is the third Dear Friends concert to be held in the US. The first was held in Los Angeles on May 10, 2004, and the second will be held in Rosemont, Illinois on February 19. If more concert dates in the Dear Friends - Music From Final Fantasy concert series are announced, RPGamer will keep you posted.
