Namco has shipped Xenosaga EPISODE I: Der Wille zur Macht to stores throughout North America. The PlayStation 2 title, developed by Monolith Software in Japan, will be available in retail outlets tomorrow for a suggested price of $49.99 USD.

Xenosaga comes as the first episode in a planned series of six titles. Loosely based on Xenogears, Square's 1998 PlayStation classic, the game takes players on a cinematic journey through deep space in the far future of humanity. Read RPGamer's preview for an in-depth look at the game.
